Administrator agreement

Parties

This agreement is between Groot in Solutions (LokaalParkeren, Chamber of Commerce no. 42206276), hereinafter LokaalParkeren, and the owners' association or building you are an administrator for. By accepting it, you confirm that you are allowed to act on behalf of the association or building.

What LokaalParkeren does

• LokaalParkeren provides a separate, closed environment in which residents share and book parking spaces with each other.
• A new building can start with a trial period. What applies after that, we agree with you in advance.
• If the building charges service fees, residents pay them themselves when booking, under the terms and conditions. The association does not collect or pay anything for this.
• We do our best to keep LokaalParkeren working well at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it is never briefly unavailable or never contains an error.
• If you have questions or run into something, we will help you via hello@lokaalparkeren.nl.

What we expect from you as an administrator

• You share the sign-up link only with residents of the building, for example via the group chat or the association's email.
• You only add residents who know about it. They accept the terms themselves when they first log in.
• You are the point of contact for residents with questions about LokaalParkeren in your building, and for us.
• You make sure the parking space numbers in the app match those in the garage.

Residents' data

• LokaalParkeren is responsible for the data in the app (see the privacy policy). As an administrator you can see part of it: residents' names, phone numbers, roles and parking space numbers.
• You use that data only for parking in your building.
• You do not share it with others and do not copy or export it, not even to a list or file of your own.
• Your login is personal. You do not let anyone else use your account.
• Do you think data has ended up with the wrong person, or that someone is misusing the app? Report it right away via hello@lokaalparkeren.nl. We take care of the rest, including a report to the Dutch Data Protection Authority if that is required.

Liability

LokaalParkeren puts residents in touch with each other, but is not a party to their arrangements. We are not liable for damage to vehicles, for damage in or around the garage, or for arrangements between residents. The house rules of the garage and the association continue to apply.

Duration and termination

This agreement applies for as long as the building uses LokaalParkeren. The association can terminate at any time via hello@lokaalparkeren.nl. After termination, residents can no longer use the app, and 30 days later we permanently delete the environment and all its data. Until then, the environment can still be resumed. Data we are legally required to keep longer, such as invoices and payments, we keep for as long as required (see the privacy policy).

Changes

We may change this agreement. When there is a new version, we ask you to accept it again in the admin portal. The date at the top shows when the agreement was last updated.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by Dutch law.
